Bio

Manuela Näf worked as a research assistant of Prof. Dr. Christiane Hohenstein from January 2017 to February 2018, focusing on Intercultural Studies and Linguistic Diversity. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW): a BA  in Translation (specialization in Multimodal Communication) and a MA in Applied Linguistics (specialization in Professional Translation). Her Master’s thesis focused on the difficulties Swiss German Sign Language poses for L2 learners.
